Phil Cochrane

Phil Cochrane is an accomplished advocate, communicator, and leader with extensive experience in government and public affairs. They began their career as a news reporter at OK Radio Group and Golden West Broadcasting before advancing to key managerial roles at Foothills Pipe Lines and the Government of Canada. At bp, they served as Senior Director for Communications and Advocacy, as well as in various vice president positions overseeing state and local affairs in North America and external affairs in Canada and Alaska. Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated a strong ability to build relationships and solve problems across multiple sectors.
