Rab Carruthers

Rab Carruthers is an experienced Lead Reliability Engineer with a strong background in the oil and energy industry. They have worked in various roles, most recently as a Reliability SME at BP, focusing on refining assets. Rab's prior experience includes positions at Centrica Energy, Nexen, and Spirit Energy, where they led teams and contributed to reliability engineering and operations management. They hold a Master of Science in Safety and Reliability from the University of Aberdeen and have also earned an MSc in Safety Critical Systems Engineering from the University of York. Additionally, Rab served as an Avionics Technician and Safety Engineer in the Royal Air Force, enhancing their expertise in safety management systems.
