In addition, they serve as an Incident Commander for the bp Gulf of Mexico Incident Management Team, applying extensive experience in crisis response cultivated throughout their career. Previously, they held roles such as Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager at Fluor Corporation, where they led a significant offshore development project. With a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection & Safety from Oklahoma State University and an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University, Randall continues to engage in their aviation business in their spare time.
