Rene Kramer

Rene Kramer has extensive experience in construction management within the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Construction Manager for Oil Movement at bp since January 2022. Previously held positions include Construction Manager for Tanks at Vopak and Construction Manager for Integrated Projects at Gunvor Petroleum Rotterdam B.V. Rene's career began in 1989 with roles in piping design, progressing through various supervisory positions at General Electric Plastics, Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, and Aker Kvaerner. Notable projects include significant contributions to multiple refinery and petrochemical developments across Europe and the Middle East. Rene is also certified as an EEMUA 159 Tank Assessor.
