Richard Feil

Richard Feil is currently the Chief of Staff for Group Technology at BP, where they focus on strategic direction for the technology portfolio. With a 37-year international career at BP, they have held various roles, including Commercial Manager for BP Solar, where they led significant transformations that resulted in the business's first annual operating profit. Earlier, Feil co-founded Physalia Ltd, an environmental consultancy, while pursuing a PhD, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability. They also possess a Master's degree in Petroleum Production Management from Imperial College London. Throughout their career, Feil has been recognized as a skilled communicator and respected team leader.
