Richard Field is a Chartered Engineer in the oil and gas offshore industry, currently serving as a Marine and Subsea Project Manager at bp. They have extensive experience in offshore T&I construction and subsea installation, having held various positions, including Project Engineering Team Leader and Construction Specialist at bp, and Project Engineer at Subsea 7 and DeepSea Engineering. Richard obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University from 2001 to 2005.
