Richard Gall

Richard Gall is an industry professional with over 15 years of experience in Well Engineering and Operations, specializing in a variety of well types and rig types, including exploration and ultra-deepwater projects. Since 2023, Richard has held the position of Global Operations Center Leader at BP, overseeing global offshore drilling and completion operations from London. Previously, Richard served as a Senior Wellsite Leader, where they managed deepwater production wells and led significant operations on advanced drillships. Richard has played a pivotal role in implementing and managing projects for light well intervention vessels, contributing to some of the deepest riserless interventions in BP's history. Richard is currently pursuing a BEng in Mechanical Engineering at Robert Gordon University.
