Richard Goddard

Richard Goddard is a Senior Counsel - Brands at bp, where they have been providing legal expertise since 2021. They previously served as President of The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys from 2020 to 2022, and held various leadership positions within the organization. Richard also has experience as an Associate at Dehns from 2003 to 2009 and as Trade Mark Counsel at bp. They hold an MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary, U. of London, and a BSc in Zoology from Bristol University, along with additional qualifications in Intellectual Property Litigation and Advocacy.
