Richard Guanco

Richard Guanco is an experienced IT Service Owner and Product Manager currently responsible for running BP’s Scheduling & Automation Platforms. With over 13 years of extensive experience, they have managed and operated a variety of IT services and platforms, including Enterprise Scheduling, SAP Integration, and Managed File Transfer, utilizing Agile and DevOps frameworks. Previously, Richard worked at Hewlett-Packard as an SAP MDM Technology Consultant and held several roles at BP, where they designed new services and managed operations while overseeing multiple service providers. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of the Philippines and is a certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional.
