Ridoy Das

Ridoy D. is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and power systems engineering, currently serving as the Grid Connection Manager at bp pulse since November 2023. Previously, Ridoy held the position of Technical Proposal Manager at Rimac Energy and Rimac Technology from September 2022 to November 2023 and April 2023, respectively. At UK Power Networks, from October 2021 to September 2022, Ridoy worked as a Power Systems Development Engineer, leading power quality analysis and contributing to smart grid solutions in distribution networks. Experience also includes roles as a Power Systems Engineer at Energy Systems Catapult and Research Associate at Newcastle University, where Ridoy focused on electric vehicle charging optimization. Educational qualifications consist of a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northumbria University and two engineering degrees from Università degli Studi di Padova.
