Rima Boustany

Rima Boustany is the Senior Vice-President of Digital Transformation Upstream at BP, where they have worked since 2021. They also hold the position of Upstream IT Solutions Director at BP, a role they began in 2016, and have been instrumental in leading IT solutions standardization and global transformation efforts across various upstream domains. Prior to their tenure at BP, Rima served as a Team Leader at Shell from 1998 to 2014. Rima holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience from Heriot-Watt University.
