Rita Brown

Rita Brown is currently the Group Head of Media Relations at bp, where they have previously served as Deputy Head and Group Press Officer. Prior to joining bp, Rita was the Head of Energy Voice at DC Thomson, and the Editor of Energy Voice. Their career began in journalism, where they worked as a Senior Reporter and Content Editor at the Evening Express, and as a Public Relations Intern at Lyon College. Rita holds a BA in English with a concentration in Journalism from Lyon College, which they continue to pursue.
