Rob Shaw is an Operations Excellence Manager currently leading the Operations Programme at BP, which received a 2022 Brandon Hall Gold award for its innovative approach to leadership training. Since joining BP in 1998, Rob has held various roles, including Process Engineer and Programme Management Office Director, contributing extensively to project management and programme delivery.
