Robert M. is a facilitative leader with deep technical experience in subsurface, production systems, and well operations, known for driving operational excellence and business improvement across the hydrocarbon development chain. They held several roles at bp, including Performance Senior Manager for the North Sea and Gulf of Mexico, where they focused on production optimization and cost management. Robert began their academic journey with a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and later earned an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London.
