Rod Bedwell

Rod Bedwell is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Beginning the career at Sinclair Knight Merz as a Mechanical Engineer, Rod Bedwell progressed through various roles, including Mechanical/Process Engineer at Black & Veatch and Lead Facilities Engineer at Penspen, before serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Bechtel Corporation from August 2005 to November 2008, with key projects including the Brass LNG and Scotford Upgrader Expansion. Since November 2008, Rod Bedwell has been with BP as a Senior Project Manager, currently overseeing the bp LNG Tangguh Expansion Project in Indonesia. Rod Bedwell holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury, a NZ Certificate of Engineering from Auckland University of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from The University of Manchester.
