Roddy Millar is the Deputy / Step Up OIM on the BP Andrew platform, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry through various roles at BP. They have demonstrated strong leadership as the Forties Pipeline System Shift Manager, where they ensured safe and efficient operations while managing multi-asset teams. With a proven track record in operational excellence, safety management, and interpersonal communication, Roddy has played key roles in multiple shutdowns and turnarounds. They hold a degree in Applied Biological Sciences from Napier University and completed their education at St Mary's Academy - Bathgate.
