Roman Polejayev

Roman Polejayev, PMP, is a Senior Project Manager at bp, where they oversee project execution and compliance with quality standards. Previously, they held project management roles at both bp and Worley, managing significant infrastructure projects and portfolios, with expertise in budgeting and risk management. Roman earned a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Robert Gordon University and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Odlar Yurdu' Universiteti, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Automation & Control of Production Processes from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
