Rooey Aker

Rooey Aker is a Senior Counsel at bp, where they focus on competition law. They previously served as Corporate Counsel - Competition at Rio Tinto from 2012 to 2015 and as Managing Associate at Linklaters from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Rooey worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Howrey LLP from 2005 to 2011. Rooey holds a Law degree from the University of Cambridge and a Diploma in Competition Law from King's College, London, as well as an LPC from Nottingham Law School.
