Rose McRitchie is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in portfolio and brand management. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at bp since June 2025, Rose previously held the position of Advertising Manager at ampm, where responsibilities included developing Hispanic and general market advertising for both ampm and ARCO. Prior to this, Rose was a Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, and from 2016 to 2022, served as Brand Manager at bp. Rose's earlier experience includes a substantial tenure at RPA, initially as Account Executive and later as Brand Communications Manager, overseeing various aspects of communications development. Additional experience includes working as an Account Manager at Goodby Silverstein & Partners. Rose holds a degree from San Francisco State University.
