Ruby Ray

Ruby Ray, Ph.D., CEng, is currently the Strategic Research Integration Lead at bp, specializing in blue hydrogen and process engineering. With 20 years of experience, Ruby has a strong background in energy transition, decarbonisation, and innovation, holding a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering. Ruby has previously served in leadership roles at Wood and Amec Foster Wheeler, where they managed complex projects and delivered detailed engineering studies in carbon capture and waste-to-energy solutions. A recognized subject matter expert, Ruby has published extensively and has presented at multiple international conferences.
