Rucia Pei

Rucia Pei is currently the Head of US Corporate Secretariat at bp, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as Senior Tax Counsel and held multiple roles within the organization, including Head of US Domestic/International Tax Planning and Tax Counsel. Before joining bp, Rucia worked at Covington & Burling LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a Corporate Tax Associate, and at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as VP, Assistant Tax Counsel. Rucia completed a BA at Dartmouth College and earned a JD from The University of Texas School of Law.
