Russell Garner

Russell Garner is a Managing Counsel in Oil & Gas Business Development at bp, where they lead an in-house legal team focused on expanding the company's international oil and gas portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Russell has played key roles in a variety of global energy projects. Prior to their current position, they served as Managing Counsel for bp's operations in Mauritania and Senegal, and held various legal roles at Baker & McKenzie and bp. Russell earned a BA (Hons) First Class in Literature and Film from the University of Warwick and a commendation for both their CPE and LPC from BPP Law School.
