Rutuja Desai

Rutuja Desai is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Offer and Onboarding within the People and Culture team at bp since January 2023, Rutuja previously managed people operations as Manager at NonStop io Technologies and held roles in HR operations at Tata Communications, including Senior Analyst and Consultant. Rutuja started a career in HR consulting at PwC and gained initial experience in talent acquisition at Tech Mahindra Business Services. Rutuja holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from MIT School of Management, completed in 2016, and completed education up to the 10th standard at St. Felix High School.
