Sarah Webber is an Ethics & Compliance Senior Manager in Procurement at BP, where they lead the global procurement and supply chain ethics and compliance agenda. Previously, they served as an Ethics & Compliance Manager for BP’s operations in Mauritania and Senegal, overseeing significant anti-bribery and corruption risks. Sarah’s career began as a Brand Ambassador for Mars Confectionery while studying at the University of Kent, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology. Before joining BP, they worked as a Senior Associate at Keltie, managing trade mark portfolios and advising on intellectual property matters.
