Sarah Weedon

Sarah Weedon is a Global HSSE Lead with extensive experience in human factors, aviation psychology, and safety investigations. They hold both a BSc and MSc in Psychology, and have worked in various roles, including as Head of Aviation Psychology and Human Factors Investigation for the UK Ministry of Defence. With a background in engineering and psychology, Sarah has contributed to safety learning and investigations across multiple sectors, including the Royal Navy and RNLI. Currently engaged in continuous personal development, they combine strong communication and problem-solving skills with a commitment to team collaboration.
