Saskia Spence is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing seven operated terminals in Europe and South Africa at BP. After joining BP as a process engineer and becoming a chartered member of IChemE, Saskia spent four years in various leadership roles offshore. They have also served as a business advisor to the global head of refining and held positions such as production team lead and offshore installation manager. Saskia earned a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with Oil and Gas Technology from Heriot-Watt University.
