Shamini Krishnan is a Certified Strategic HR Business Partner (HCI) with over 10 years of experience in various HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, and business partnering. Shamini previously served as a People & Culture Senior Business Partner at bp and held multiple HR Business Partner roles at BAT, as well as HR positions at Akar Insan Sdn Bhd and British American Tobacco Global Service Delivery. With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, Shamini is committed to creating inclusive work environments that promote social mobility and employee well-being, and is also a certified Mental Health First Aider (MMHA).
