Shaun Kidd

Shaun Kidd is currently the Learning & Skills – LtO Competence & Training Manager at bp, where they focus on standardizing competency assurance and managing relationships with stakeholders. Previously, they served as a Technical Competence Advisor at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited, overseeing the design and implementation of the organization’s competence agenda. Shaun has extensive experience in the maritime and offshore sectors, having held various engineering and supervisory roles, including Lay-Up & Preservation Superintendent at Bluewater Energy Services. They started their career as an Engineering Cadet at Bibby Maritime Ltd, earning qualifications in marine engineering.
