Shiva Lalla

Shiva Lalla is a seasoned Mechanical and Reliability Engineering professional, currently serving as the Reliability Engineering Lead at bpTT. With extensive experience in the Oil and Gas, Steel, and Air Separation Industries, they have a proven track record of leading cross-functional project teams and driving continuous improvement. Their previous roles include Mechanical Engineer at Air Liquide and NOJV Technical Advisor at bp, where they provided technical advice and developed maintenance strategies to enhance project efficiency. Shiva is pursuing a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
