Simon Moyes

Simon Moyes is an experienced technical manager with 35 years in the energy industry, focusing on Oil, Gas, and LNG developments. They began their career in nuclear and fossil fuel power generation before spending nearly three decades at BP, where they progressed through various roles, including Engineering Manager and Operations Engineering Manager for Rumaila Operating Organisation in Iraq. Notable achievements include significantly reducing hydrocarbon leaks in a mature oilfield and managing technical systems for major operations across multiple countries. Simon holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Power from Glasgow Caledonian University, obtained in 1996.
