Stan Ralph is a Completion and Intervention Discipline Manager at BP, where they focus on the application of new technology in the ACG field as part of the Wells organization. Their career began as an Open Hole Logging engineer and evolved through various roles in sand control design and engineering, including noteworthy contributions to pioneering Open Hole water packing in the North Sea. Stan previously worked as a Well Engineer and later served as Sand Control Focal Point for Europe while at Shell. Over the last seven years with BP, Stan advanced from Senior Completion Engineer on Deepwater Sand Control Completions in Angola to their current leadership role in the PSVM project, overseeing all aspects of well planning and engineering design.
