Steve Camkin

Steve Camkin is a seasoned professional in training and organizational development, currently serving as the Director at Three Peaks Consulting LLC since March 2008. Camkin has extensive experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership and Hemsley Fraser, where instructional design and facilitation for senior leadership curriculums and multi-day workshops are key responsibilities. As a Learning and Development Faculty member at BP, Camkin has contributed to needs analysis and custom instructional design across 12 countries. Previous roles include training Change Champions at Barclays and serving as an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist at Micron Technology. Camkin holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems Design and an MA in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, alongside a graduate diploma and a BA with diverse subjects from other institutions.
