Steve Mruk

Steve Mruk is an experienced strategic Human Resources leader with a strong background in Employee Relations and policy management. At BP from May 2018 to December 2020, Steve served as the US People Relations Policy Manager, leading the country-level Employee Relations policies and contributing to the global People agenda. Prior roles at BP included Employee Relations Policy Lead and Employee Relations Investigator, focusing on policy compliance and providing expert guidance. Before BP, Steve worked at A. M. Castle & Co. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. In previous roles, Steve also gained experience as a Leasing Specialist and Recruiter, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions.
