Steve Rhodes is an accomplished Engineering and Operations team leader with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Heriot, completed in 2001. They have been serving as the Engineering Team Lead at BP since 2015. Prior to this role, they worked at BP as the Activity Planning Team Lead from 2012 to 2015.
