Steven Weaver

Steven Weaver is a customer-centric supply chain leader with over 25 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management. They have held various roles at prominent companies, including bp, Asda, and Tesco, where they excelled in supply chain transformation, inventory management, and systems implementation. Currently, they work as the Global Convenience Demand & Replenishment Optimisation Lead at bp, focusing on enhancing forecasting and replenishment processes across multiple markets. Additionally, Steven owns and manages multiple buy-to-let properties in the Morley and Batley area, complementing their professional accomplishments with hands-on experience in property management. Steven is pursuing a 1st Class Honours degree in Retail Management from Leeds Beckett University.
