Susan Frame possesses extensive experience in transformation and marketing roles within the energy and food sectors. At bp since October 2014, Susan has held several key positions, including Transformation Director for Castrol in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Global Strategy Director and Global Marketing Director for Castrol Industrial. Prior to bp, Susan served as Head of Commercial (interim) at Dairy Crest, where the focus was on developing a go-to-market strategy for a new business area. Additionally, Susan has a significant background at Tetra Pak, where roles spanned from Marketing & Product Management Director for North Europe to various marketing and key account management positions over a 16-year period. Susan earned a BA (Hons) in French & Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and has pursued further education at IMD.
