Susan Snelling

Susan Snelling is the Head of Global Reward Operations at bp, a position held since 2021. With extensive experience at bp dating back to 2004, Susan has held various roles including Reward Consultant and Reward Manager across multiple divisions. Prior to joining bp, Susan worked as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at IBM from 1997 to 2000. Susan earned an LLB (Hons) in European Law from the University of Glasgow, where they also obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction.
