Suzanne Persaud is a chartered environmental and safety professional with over fifteen years of global experience in the energy industry, currently serving as the Regional HSE&C Manager at bp. Previously, they held various positions at bp, including Environmental and Social Assessment Manager, where they led environmental and social assessment processes and managed a global team of professionals. Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Imperial College London, where they received the Black & Veatch Prize for Excellence in Environmental Engineering. Recognized for their leadership and cross-cultural collaboration, Suzanne has significantly contributed to safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across diverse projects.
