Swapnil Soge

Swapnil Soge is currently the Global Learning Solutions Lead at bp, where they focus on digital learning transformation and building future-ready workforces. Previously, Swapnil served as a Software Engineer at A.P. Moller - Maersk, designing and implementing solutions for the Talent & Development team. They have also held roles as a Learning and Development Analyst at AkzoNobel and LMS Administrator at Credit Suisse, managing various learning management systems and processes. Swapnil holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and has additional qualifications in Hardware and Networking, as well as Applied Computing.
