Tamas Maxi

Tamas Maxi is a Planning and Performance Manager at bp, where they support the Flexible Functions project as a business analyst and collaborate with function leads to analyze services and activities. Previously, Tamas held roles at Morgan Stanley, including Equity Client Revenue and Sales Revenue Reporting Controller, where they led the EMEA Equity Client reporting team and developed compensation analytics processes. They began their career in hospitality as a Front Desk Clerk/Auditor at Pelican Hotel Miami Beach and later worked as a Sales Representative at Danubius Hotels Group. Tamas holds a Master's degree in International Economy and Business from Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Budapest Business School.
