Tasma Hersi

Tasma Hersi is a seasoned compliance leader currently serving as a Compliance Manager at BP, where they interpret complex regulations and develop compliance programs for gas and power trading. Previously, Tasma held the role of Director at Citi, leveraging over 18 years of experience as a legal counsel specializing in derivatives across Asia Pacific. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tasma has also been a co-chair of the Generations Employee Network at Citi. Tasma completed the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management in 2020 and has a robust educational background in law from Queen Mary University of London.
