Terry Waldron

Terry Waldron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and operational leadership across various industries. Currently, Terry serves as the Senior Partner and EMEA Head of Workplace Services at bp since January 2021. Additionally, Terry holds trustee positions at both London Works and the East London Business Alliance, with previous involvement as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Savoy Educational Trust. Previous roles include Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director COO at CH&Co Group, and Global Head of Facilities Management at Barclays, where significant improvements in service consistency were achieved. Terry's earlier career includes leadership positions at Aramark Facility Services and Williams Lea, as well as operations and marketing roles at The Gleneagles Hotel.
