Terry Welch

Terry Welch is currently the Vice President of Operations at BP, a position they have held since 2014. Prior to this role, Terry served as the Vice President of Process Safety, Risk Management, and Operations, as well as Site Manager at Decatur Chemical. Before joining BP, they spent over two decades at Dow Chemical, where they held the position of Director of Operations. Terry holds a BS in Electrical and Chemical Engineering from Lamar University and additional education from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School.
