Thomas Chambat has extensive experience in engineering and management within the industrial sector. Currently serving as Directeur site - Terminal Manager at bp since October 2021, Thomas oversees operations at an ICPE Seveso threshold-high industrial site. Prior positions at bp include Project Manager, responsible for a $35 million project focused on tank inspection and maintenance, and Project Engineer, involved in the construction of a petroleum docking facility and a 5km transport pipeline valued at 130 million euros. Thomas also held the position of Engineering Manager, managing investments and new work projects with annual budgets between 10 to 15 million euros. Earlier career roles include Team Leader Maintenance at STMicroelectronics and Industrial Methods Engineer at Schneider Electric. Thomas holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Construction from INSA Lyon and has furthered education in Mechanical Engineering at the Université d'Ottawa.
