Tim Ganger

Tim Ganger is a Maintenance Leader at BP, with extensive experience in the oil and energy industry. They have worked as a Project Engineer and Area Team Engineer at Marathon Petroleum Company, where responsibilities included managing capital and expense projects as well as providing engineering support for refinery operations. Currently, they lead a maintenance planning team for half of BP's refinery assets, having previously served as a Turnaround Superintendent, overseeing critical outages and achieving notable performance metrics. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
