Tim Le Maire

Tim Le Maire is an experienced recruitment and talent solutions professional with a strong background in managing and enhancing recruitment processes across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Solutions Owner for Talent Solutions at bp from July 2021 to November 2024, Tim focuses on driving technologies within the talent space, including the development of an innovative onboarding metaverse. Previously held roles include Recruitment Advisor at Landsec, Recruitment Manager and Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and Recruitment Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Tim has also contributed significantly to talent acquisition technology as HRIS Product Manager at bp, overseeing critical technologies like ATS and video interviewing. Education was obtained from the University of Portsmouth.
