Tim Rolph is a seasoned Pore Pressure Analyst at BP, specializing in pore pressure and fracture gradient prediction for deep water development wells since March 2012. Rolph has extensive experience in real-time pore pressure prediction and serves as a technical focal point for both office and rig-based assessments, ensuring effective communication with geoscientists, geologists, and drilling engineers. Prior to joining BP, Rolph worked at Woodside Energy from July 2006 to March 2012, where responsibilities included pre-drill pore pressure predictions and wellbore stability assessments. Rolph began a career in academia as a lecturer in Geophysics and Environmental Geology at the University of Newcastle from November 1996 to June 2006.
