Tim Yendell

Tim Yendell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace transformation and strategic program management. As the VP of Global Strategic Programmes and Global Vice President of Workplace Transformation at bp since January 2020, Tim oversees initiatives related to real estate, capital projects, and workplace design. Prior to this role, Tim spent nearly 15 years at the Royal Bank of Scotland, serving in various positions, including Global Head of Workplace Transformation, where responsibilities included aligning property, human resources, and technology to enhance business efficiency and employee engagement. Tim's career also includes significant roles at Energis PLC, Murray Symonds Associates, and Goudie Associates Hong Kong, contributing expertise in project management, facilities management, and design for large corporate endeavors. Tim holds a BA Hons in Interior Design from Edinburgh College of Art and studied at Winchester College of Art.
