Tom Bailey is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Segmentation Lead for Global Insights, Data, and CRM at bp since September 2017. In this role, Tom leads a team focused on delivering insights that deepen stakeholder understanding of customer dynamics and growth opportunities. Prior to bp, Tom held the position of Head of Analytics at ICM Research, where responsibilities included providing expert guidance on quantitative methodologies and delivering clear insights on brand engagement and public opinion. Tom's career includes roles as Associate Director of Advanced Analytics at Synovate and Research Executive at Research International. Tom earned an MSci in Chemistry from UCL in 2002.
