Tom Fuller

Tom Fuller is an experienced professional in the drilling engineering field, with a career spanning several prominent companies. Beginning as a Well Engineer at Santa Fe Drilling from 1995 to 2001, Tom progressed to become a Product Line Manager at Weatherford until 2008. A role as Senior Drilling Engineer at Statoil followed until 2011. Tom later joined BP, where positions included Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling Engineering Manager from 2016 to 2018, and achieving the roles of Well Engineering Manager and Drilling Engineering Team Leader from March 2018 to January 2021. In February 2025, Tom served as Senior Manager for ConneXus and held the title of VP Wells for the North Sea and Asia Pacific. Tom earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, completing studies in 1995.
